Ingredients 1 Yellow Cake Mix 2 Lbs Ricotta Cheese 4 Eggs 1 Tblsp Almond Extract 1 Cup Sugar

Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Preheat Oven to 350°. Mix cake as directions indicate. Pour cake into prepared pan. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, almond and sugar together. Drop cheese mixture by heaping spoonfuls, on top of uncooked cake batter until all cheese has been used. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Test with toothpick until it comes out clean. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar if desired.
